Stitched items: Processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your measurements.

We offer a 7-day exchange policy for most items. If you are unsatisfied, you can return the item for store credit (valid for 1 year). Please note that shipping and a 5% processing fee are deducted from the credit amount.
